How does it work?
- First we uplift existing boards
2. We then lay a breathable membrane to support the insulation
3. Insulation is then fitted subject to the client’s specification. Different types and layers of insulation can be laid to best meet the clients’ needs
4. The floor boards are then relaid. Some boards will need to be replaced due to the lifting of the previous ones. This is not a problem as we source origin reclaimed floorboards so colour match the existing flooring!
Pricing
Starting from £85.00 per square metre + VAT
This includes all materials and labour. The only thing not included is the cost to supply and fit any additional boards which may be required.
